MATTER AND EXPRESSION (CCM)
PROFESSORS: ENRIQUE HINOJOSA
FIRST APPROACH TO MATERIALS
Third semester design students engage in exercises that introduce them for the first time to working with general materials such as plastic, wood, ceramics, and metal. The objective is to explore the formal and constructive possibilities of the materials, basic transformation processes, the use of workshop tools, and the application of necessary finishes to realize a functional object that arises from the student's creativity.
