BLOOP

Fernanda Ramírez, Valeria Morán, Mónica Sánchez and Ulises Gallegos

Bloop is a sensory board, which through a combination of lights and sounds generates fun patterns, promoting the development of memory, dexterity and coordination skills. Composed almost entirely of wood and under an aesthetic inspired by the 70's, Bloop seeks to make technology a means and not an end, becoming a platform for entertainment.

DESTRES

Vivian Itzel Solorzano, Metzli Santiago Escobar, Ali Alam Zaldivar and Yunuen Barbosa

Destres is a device that by means of electro-stimulations and heat relaxes the muscles of the neck, gradually resolving relaxation. With the help of an Arduino, a circuit was developed in which, by means of electro stimulation, it touches key points in the neck muscles in order to loosen them.

TRAS

Rodrigo Méndez, Zacnicte Molina, Diego Rivera and Karla Mariana García

Tras is a set of rejected steel containers that represent what our team defined as relaxation: the moment when tension is released. Emitting a sound and intervening the material with controlled hits. The properties of the metal allowed us to explore the propagation of sound and modify its structure to communicate the release of stress. This is a project with performatic characteristics where the exploration of acting during the production / creation process is the key point of the pieces.

MICHELADOS

Alessia TattI, Fernanda Ordorica, Daniela Espidio and Itzel Morales

Mechanical beverage preparation system inspired by Memphis designers. The purpose is to evoke positive partner feelings associated with experimental play.

The object focuses on the process of making the traditional Mexican Michelada and begins a narrative on the perception of quality, the exaltation of flavors and the immortality of shared moments. Through interactive elements, users will be able to awaken curiosity and nostalgia in a synergy of senses, turning a daily activity into a space of fun and intimacy.
