SIGHT

Óscar Méndez Hernández

Glasses that take place on the physical and virtual spectrum for the user who lacks socialization due to confinement, so it prioritizes it´s mental health in 2022. Sight aims to reinforce and guide the user in their loss of identity through an experience of lights and colors in their virtual interaction.

NO LITTERING

No littering is the first textile piece in the world made from reused screen printing meshes; which are a by-product of the textile industry. As its name says (not littering) the garment seeks to propose textile alternatives for the demanding fashion industry through the waste of it. It is a project aimed at those who appreciate design and respect the environment.

A compact electric bicycle designed to carry small loads (up to 20 kg) in urban spaces. The double wheel front fork leans, keeping the structure stable even with added weight. Designed with gig economy users and delivery services in mind.

Mariana Contreras Estrada

3 swimsuits conformed by one or two pieces each. Made with a specific selection of fabrics that have different levels of transparency which allows the eye to see through the swimsuit and appreciate the human body of the model, creating a unique, revealing and empowering experience. With this project we are expecting to generate criticism and a debate between the designer, the models and the public.

Auran is a day and night lamp designed primarily for children 5-10 years of age. It is a device that serves as a tool to support parents in educating their children regarding their sleep habits. Its design, through lights without emission of blue light and sounds, aims to teach, help and make children aware of their sleep time, to have healthy and adequate sleep habits for their ideal physical and mental development.
