TRAZZO is an academic endeavor that aims to raise awareness about compulsive hoarding disorder. The project showcases a series of wall mounted lighting fixtures crafted from terrazzo material.
These pieces start with a pristine and sturdy terrazzo base but progressively incorporate denser layers of glass until the point of fragmentation.
By transforming these pieces into illuminating artworks, the project seeks to shed light on the impact of compulsive accumulation and the importance of addressing mental health challenges in our society.
