DESIGN PROSPECTIVE (CCM)
PROFESSOR JIMENA ACOSTA
PODCASTS
The students work is a collection of academic papers written by the students, and translated to an everyday language and to a podcast at Spotify.
These podcasts gather the subjects and questions about design’s history that lead the syllabus and our collective discussions during the semester. Some of these questions are, Do women designers have had the same acknowledgement as their male peers? What about artificial intelligence? Discrimination is present in the history of design? What stories have not been written and why?
We aim that with this informal format, that unpacks valuable content, these design stories can reach a wide audience.
